About Koverse

Heath has spent the last 20 years transforming businesses and federal agencies at scale. He began his career as a federal employee of the Department of Homeland Security, and since then has been responsible for delivering solutions across more than 20 federal agencies.

As the Vice President of Growth Enablement at SAIC and Chief Operating Officer of Koverse, Heath oversees the development and delivery of leading edge commercial technology solutions that rapidly accelerate mission delivery for our federal customers.

Over the course of his career, he has run portfolios and programs critical to national defense, across health, energy, finance, insurance, and IT. Prior to joining SAIC, Heath was the Director of Civilian Programs at General Dynamics.

Heath is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and holds a Masters in Public Administration and Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University. He has extensive postgraduate studies in organizational performance and product management at Kellogg School of Management, Georgetown University, and George Mason University, and is certified as a PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL, DevOps, and Six Sigma Black Belt.

With his expertise in building the world’s largest and most sophisticated data applications, Paul can help you understand how to quickly and powerfully leverage Koverse to achieve high-impact big data results.

Paul has over nineteen years of experience leading big data organizations, both commercially and in the government. He has overseen or advised dozens of big data efforts in intelligence, defense and finance, some of which rank among the largest and most sophisticated big data implementations in the world. Paul led the development effort that resulted in the Apache Accumulo project and the National Security Agency’s (NSA’s) first scalable data system, revolutionizing the way the NSA handles data. Paul also spent several years at Booz Allen leading big data implementations. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington and a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Information Theory and Electronic Communications from The Johns Hopkins University.

Aaron has built multiple, large-scale, big data systems that are used by the intelligence, defense, finance and healthcare industries. He has a passion for delivering products that are transformative, based on close customer collaboration and iterative development.

Aaron spent five years as a researcher for the National Security Agency (NSA) where he developed and deployed into operations dozens of advanced analytical techniques. He is also the founder of Apache Accumulo, a scalable and secure data store on top of Apache Hadoop and the author of the O’Reilly book, Accumulo: Application Development, Table Design, and Best Practices. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland College Park.

Harrison brings leadership experience in strategic innovation and program management, with focused expertise in senior client relationship management, business operations, data analytics and business intelligence.

Prior to joining Koverse, Harrison was a senior director for Shift5, establishing partnerships with leading consulting and cyber security companies. He held multiple management positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and oversaw the firm’s Strategic Risk Data Lake innovation efforts. While at Navy Federal Credit Union, he led cross-organizational strategic programs. An entrepreneur, he founded Blue and Gold Strategies, a SDVOSB supporting the DOE’s Federal Energy Management Program.

Harrison holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University in Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Science, Political Science degree from the United States Naval Academy. He is a United States Marine Corps veteran and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Caroline brings focused expertise in human resources and business administration for high-tech enterprises.

She has more than twenty-five years of experience in diverse roles. Prior to Koverse, she led human resources and information systems management at Cartesian, a consulting firm of industry experts in global telecommunications, media, and technology. Before that, she managed sales, marketing, training, IT, and accounting initiatives for The Protocol School of Washington.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science degree from UC Davis and Masters in Science from Virginia Tech.

Fon’s experience in the services management field spans over 20 years. Many customers have been with the Department of Defense followed by the Department of Interior and other federal, state, and local agencies along with private industry. Customer needs have been, but not limited to, military operations, environmental sciences, space engineering, test & engineering, and hardware and software technology development. Several efforts received recognition through scientific publications and or awards in their respected industries.

Organizations under Fon’s management have ranged in size, performed onsite, operated remotely, and across many geographic locations. He has held Program Management roles supporting Aerospace, a Federal Funded Research Development Center (FFRDC) for the largest subcontract awarded, and was one of nine Program Managers on the Navy’s Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) for Perspecta.

Before starting his education pursuits, Fon served in the United States Army before obtaining his Bachelor of Science in International Finance. During his career, he earned his MBA in Leadership along with various certificates such as Scrum Master and SAFe Agile Certified.

Chad is a technology leader with over 18 years of software architecture and development utilizing a wide variety of programming languages and data storage technologies.

Additionally, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. Prior to joining Koverse, he worked with various government agencies implementing big data solutions utilizing the Apache Accumulo project. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Michigan State University and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from University of Colorado in Denver.

James is a senior business manager with diverse expertise in financial analysis, international project control, reporting, project management, and business development.

He brings more than fourteen years of experience in financial and program management on high visibility U.S. Government and international programs.

Prior to joining Koverse, James was a business manager/deputy program manager for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), federal civilian account manager/lead associate for Booz Allen Hamilton, and held numerous project control analyst and business management positions for SAIC/Leidos Holdings.

James holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration degree with concentrations in Finance and Management, from Elon University.

Julius is an experienced product management executive with a proven track record in product development and knowledge management for high growth enterprises. He also brings focused expertise in product marketing, business development, fundraising and finance.

He has more than sixteen years of leadership experience overseeing product development lifecycles and teams for a number of Seattle- and New York-based businesses. Prior to joining Koverse, he was program officer, knowledge management for the Gates Foundation. As an entrepreneur, Julius was founder and CEO of DailyCred, a Google Ventures company. During his tenure with LivePerson, he was global head of product, as well as director, product marketing.

Julius holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics from the University of Washington, and a User Interface Design & Usability Engineering Certification from the University of Washington.

Dyanne is a strategic communications professional with more than twelve years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, marketing, and event management in diverse industries.

Prior to Koverse, she served as a marketing and communications partner for the global team at Daon, a biometric identity assurance technology company, where she was behind over 30 of its key announcements including significant customer wins and partnerships in banking and financial services, among other industries. Before that, she led marketing efforts for an award-winning regional lifestyle glossy magazine Northern Virginia Magazine and for The National Conference Center (ARAMARK). Her marcom career began at Abraxas Corporation, a risk mitigation technology consulting firm in support of national security, where she supported Ntrepid Corporation and supervised internal & external communications initiatives, marketing across all product lines, and managed tradeshows, webinars, and customer events.

Dyanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Public Relations from George Mason University and a Master’s in Public Relations & Corporate Communications from Georgetown University.
